Jessica Liederbach
Jessica has been a licensed South Puget Sound real estate agent since 2003. She combines hometown insight and unparalleled client commitment with an abiding love for the area. An Evergreen graduate with a background in children and family services, Jessica has worked with Thurston County Superior Court and the Department of Social and Health Services. Prior to her social work, she spent 11 years as a nanny. An eclectic hobbyist, Jessica’s interests include cooking, interior design, playing in garden, roving with her camper, doting on her dogs, and long summer days boating the Sound.

Nate Liederbach
After a number of years assisting his sister with the background operations of her real estate business, Nate moved to the foreground. In order to establish their partnership, he secured his broker’s license and his affiliation with the National Association of Realtors. Previously a teacher, Nate has a decade worth of classroom experience (including instructing at both St. Martins and South Puget Sound Community College), and he prides himself as a lifelong educator. He holds a Ph.D. in English, an M.F.A. in Creative Writing, and an M.A. in Journalism.
